Simma from Orbital Logistics came to West Midlands Media looking for an option where he could show his logistics company on the web but not spend a fortune at this point. As we have done quite a few 1 page sites or landing pages we showed him some of these and it turned out to be perfect for his requirements.
We then discussed the service, unique selling points and what he wanted the site to achieve and Simma was onboard to work with us.
Our approach as always was firstly research the industry and competitors, luckily we are pretty au fait with this industry as we have worked with quite a few logistics companies in the past.
Once all research was done we started the first design draft for Simma to see making sure everything was clear, concise and brand led. Simma was happy with the first draft with no tweaks at all so it went straight into development. We used WordPress for the content management system and of course all the front end was bespoke to requriements.
Simma had already had the logo designed but the text was below the 3 circles and we felt it needed more breathing space so moved it to the site instead.
Throughout the new website we incorporated the circles and set a new font set to match and strengthen the brand.
We are really happy with the outcome and Simma was over the moon too, although it is just one page it ticks all the boxes for the requirements he had when he approached us and more.
Its responsive like all our sites, clean, clear and has a great user experience too.
