The founder of Look After Your Dog contacted us and instructed us to build a website that would revolutionise his existing dog boarding business. Our team reviewed the existing site and quickly realised that we would have to start from scratch. Thankfully, the client agreed and we were given free reign to deliver the project exactly how we thought it would work best.
Our research shown us that online dog boarding services were taking off in a big way in other parts of the world (Australia and USA), therefore, we knew that similar service launched in the UK had an enormous amount of potential. However, services such as Look After Your Dog not only need to look good and deliver an incredible user experience- they also have to take the heavy lifting out of running the business and automate the entire process, from start to finish.
We were given a completely blank canvas to work with, which is what our design team love! The first weeks of the project were spent developing the brand and the central dog character, which has become the perfect mascot for the business. We presented Look After Your Dog our vision, they loved it, and the rest… as they say… is history.
Hopefully you’ll visit the Look After Your Dog website after reading this and love the way it looks. We’re sure that you’ll also find it really easy to use. But this is only half the story of the build of this website. The work our project manager and developers completed on this project has resulted in the website running the entire business for the owner of Look After Your Dog- from bookings and payments, through to managing correspondence and calendars.
