School Leavers Hoodies UK Website Design

The Brief

It was a pleasure to reconnect with Rob, who we’ve had the opportunity to work with in the past. This time, he approached us with a new project: to design and develop a dedicated website where schools can easily order custom Leaver hoodies.

The goal is to create a streamlined, user-friendly platform that allows schools to browse hoodie styles, customise designs and manage group orders online. The site will reflect a fun but professional aesthetic, appealing to both school staff and students. This project will combine strong UX design with robust functionality to make the hoodie ordering experience as straightforward as possible.

The Approach

For this project, we chose to build the website using our in-house developed platform, giving us full control over both the user experience and technical functionality. This allowed us to tailor every aspect of the site specifically to Rob’s requirements and the unique ordering process schools need when purchasing leavers’ hoodies. From product customisation to group order management, our platform provided the flexibility to create a truly seamless journey from browsing to checkout.

We focused on keeping the interface clean, intuitive, and engaging for both school staff and students. The backend was built with efficiency in mind, allowing for easy updates, real-time order tracking, and clear communication between the site admin and schools. Using our custom platform ensured we could deliver a fast, scalable, and secure solution that can grow alongside the business, while still maintaining the fun and approachable feel needed for the target audience.

Branding

The branding had already been established, so our focus was on ensuring the new website remained fully consistent with the existing brand identity. We carefully followed the brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive look and feel, ensuring every element of the design was instantly recognisable and synonymous with the established branding.
