Clarke Transport approached West Midlands Media after having a bad experience with another web agency who didn’t understand the brief and in turn, the website never went live.
Initially, we spoke to Gary in great depth to really understand the Clarke's brand, their services and what they wanted to achieve with their new website. As Clarke's are an extremely well-known freight company one of the key factors was to have a clean, corporate feel that followed their brand and brand guidelines to a T.
Clarke's have been trading as a family company since 1933 so the history of the company was extremely important and of course getting across the services so the user can clearly see what they offer, why they should use Clarke's and an easy way of contacting Clarke's.
