Explorer Cases Website Design

The Brief

The team at Explorer Cases UK came to us seeking a new e-commerce platform to showcase and sell the complete range of Explorer and GT Line Cases. The brief specified adhering to the Explorer Case branding while creating a website with a rugged feel to highlight the cases. Moreover, it was essential that the site be SEO-friendly to achieve optimal search engine positioning. Equally crucial was ensuring a streamlined user experience, from selecting the perfect case to completing an online purchase.

The Approach

Our approach began with in-depth product and brand research, taking cues from the current Explorer Cases Italy website as a reference. It was paramount to ensure that our design truly reflected the essence of the Explorer Case brand. As is customary with all our projects, following our research and strategy session, we embarked on designing the homepage. Once completed, we showcased it to the client. Their feedback was overwhelmingly positive, prompting us to proceed with designing the internal pages awaiting their approval. After a few minor adjustments, the design phase was finalised, paving the way for development.

Branding

Regarding branding we used the current Explorer Case branding, styling and tone of voice to really set the site off as an integral part of Explorer Cases in the UK.

Web Design

Website development began with front-end development. Subsequently, it was integrated into our in-house e-commerce platform. For efficiency, all content was imported. We then implemented GA4 tracking, ensured the site was SEO-friendly, and upon receiving approval, the site was launched. We will now keep an eye on the search engine rankings and conversion rate once the site has been indexed and carry on making improvements to make sure the new website brings in a great return on investment.
