We've collaborated with Catherine on several projects, with Accessafe UK being the most recent. Access is an Italian company that manufactures safety fencing for workplaces. Sponmech has now partnered with Access, representing the company in the UK under the name Accessafe.
The objective was to design and develop a hybrid platform that functioned as both an informational site and an e-commerce store. This platform would feature Access products while adhering to their established branding.
Our approach was firstly to research Access and the products and the target market too, once complete we designed the homepage for Accessafe including the elements Catherine had asked for. This then had to be agreed with both Sponmech and Access before commencing. After a couple of tweaks we then designed all the internal pages and then went through the same process which went very smoothly with all involved happy with the results.
Has Access already had a branding style we designed the new Accessafe logo to follow suit and it was requested to have a graphic symbolising the fencing next to it so people knew the product straight away after seeing the branding, The branding has now been used across all marketing materials and company vehicles etc...
The website was built on Craft CMS which is an extremely good platform which the likes of Ikea and Adidas use and is extremely easy to use to make content changes. It is now up and live and really looks great with the brand colours.
